About Glenn
Glenn practices in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy practice group. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Business Law and Litigation Sections; the Alabama State Bar and its Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section; the Mississippi State Bar; and the Birmingham Bar Association and its Bankruptcy Section. Glenn is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. Glenn has represented various local and national lenders in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Alabama and other states.
Glenn received his B.A., magna cum laude, in 1992 from the University of Alabama, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D., cum laude, in 2000 from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as Alabama Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Glenn also holds an M.A. in Public Affairs from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and an M.A. in High School Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
