About Keith
Keith represents clients in all facets of real estate, including acquisition and disposition, land use, and the development of master-planned communities, condominiums and mixed-use developments throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Keith has extensive experience in state and local land use issues; community association law, including creating and implementing community governance plans; federal and state land sales compliance; merchant builder programs; and golf club structure and membership. He provides guidance and expertise to lenders and potential purchasers regarding non-performing loans and troubled real estate assets with his representation ranging from negotiating the purchase and sale of troubled assets to post-acquisition control and management.
Keith has also worked as the Assistant County Attorney (Glynn County) and as Assistant Legislative Counsel for the General Assembly of Georgia focusing on land use and development, zoning, eminent domain, taxation, leasehold estates, and open records compliance. He clerked for The Honorable Robert L. Russell III of the Atlantic Circuit of Georgia.
Keith received his A.B.J. in Public Relations from the University of Georgia in 1993 (Recipient of R.J. Reynolds Trust Scholarship). He earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1997 (Recipient of R.J. Reynolds Trust Scholarship).
