About Keith
Keith represents developers in all facets of real estate law, including acquisition, land use, and the development of master-planned communities, condominiums and multi-use developments. Keith has extensive experience in state and local land use issues; community association law, including creating and implementing community governance plans; federal and state land sales compliance, and merchant builder programs. Keith has represented developers of residential, resort, and mixed-use developments throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
Keith has also worked as the Assistant County Attorney (Glynn County) and as Assistant Legislative Counsel for the General Assembly of Georgia focusing on land use and development, leasing, zoning, eminent domain, taxation, leasehold estates, public works contracts, transportation, open records and grant compliance. He clerked for The Honorable Robert L. Russell III of the Atlantic Circuit of Georgia.
Keith received his A.B.J. in Public Relations from the University of Georgia in 1993 (Recipient of R.J. Reynolds Trust Scholarship). He earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1997 (Recipient of R.J. Reynolds Trust Scholarship).
