About Jennifer
Jennifer joined the firm in 2003 after practicing in a large New York law firm. Jennifer represents clients in a number of industries, both public and private, with respect to securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. She also represents public companies in connection with their Exchange Act reporting requirements and stock exchange matters. Jennifer has been directly involved in all phases of corporate transactions, including initial planning, structuring, negotiation, implementation and advice. In addition, she has extensive experience representing financial institutions and corporate trust departments of financial institutions in debt and equity financing transactions, distressed-debt trade transactions, indenture work and agency arrangements such as rights agent for poison pills.
Jennifer is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the New York State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She speaks fluent Korean and serves as a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
Jennifer received her B.A., cum laude, from New York University, and her J.D. from Cornell University.
