About Jodi
Jodi Dixon is as an Associate in the Construction and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Her practice concentrates on defending companies, with a focus in the construction industry, in civil litigation. She has experience in every aspect of litigation including arbitration, depositions, and settlement negotiations. She also has experience providing coverage opinions to insurance companies analyzing Commercial General Liability and Director and Officer Liability insurance policies.
Jodi was involved with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation in 2006, where she represented victims before the Fulton County Domestic Violence Court in obtaining Protective Orders. She is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Jodi received her J.D. in 2006 from Georgia State College of Law, where she served on the Georgia State Law Review as the Symposium Editor for 2005-06. While attending law school, she clerked for Justice Harris Hines of the Georgia Supreme Court. She received her B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Agnes Scott College in 2003.

Lifeguard at a neighborhood pool in high school.
What are your hobbies?
Trying new restaurants with my husband, spending time with friends and family, reading and trying to spend time outdoors doing anything, even yard work!
