About Jon
Jon has more than twenty years of experience practicing primarily in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. He is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law and is licensed to practice in Florida; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
He is a member of the Orange County and American (Business and Construction Law Sections) Bar Associations, The Florida Bar (Business Law Section), American Bankruptcy Institute (Legislative Committee, Business Law Committee, Construction and Surety Subcommittee) and the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association. From 1998 to 2001, he was a member of the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Maitland.
Jon received his J.D. and his B.A. from Emory University, where he was a member of Sigma Tau Delta. In addition, he served as Research Editor of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
