About Julie
Julie practices in the firm’s Litigation and Appellate sections. Her Litigation practice focuses on General and Commercial Litigation and her Appellate practice focuses on Real Estate Litigation, Business Torts and Creditors’ Rights. Julie is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Julie received her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Alabama, and received her J.D. from the Alabama School of Law. Before joining Burr & Forman LLP, Julie clerked for Senior Judge Robert J. Bradley of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, served as Senior Staff Counsel for the Alabama Supreme Court and Operations Counsel for Caremark, Inc.
