About Kathryn
Kathryn practices in the firm’s Transactional Group, focusing on general corporate work, taxation, corporate finance, economic development and estate and tax planning. She is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Alabama and the Atlanta Bar Association.
Kathryn received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, in 1998 from Auburn University, her Masters in Accounting with a tax concentration in 1999 from Auburn University, and her J.D, summa cum laude, in 2002 from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, she served on the Alabama Law Review and as President to the Tax and Estate Planning Law Association. She was a member of the Order of the Coif. She has passed the CPA examination, receiving Alabama’s High Score Award.
Kathryn was selected in the 2007 Georgia Super Lawyers - Rising Star Edition.
What are your hobbies?
Traveling, reading, spending time with family, Auburn football.
How do you spend your weekend?
With family, friends and my husband at my cabin on the lake.
