About Keith

Keith’s areas of practice include insurance coverage litigation, construction law, business torts, products liability, workers’ compensation defense, and admiralty. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1998, the Tennessee Bar in 2000, and the Alabama Bar in 2002. Keith served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Norma McGee Ogle on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals from 1999-2000. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia and also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, the United District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rhodes College in 1996, and earned his J.D. degree from the Mercer School of Law in 1998. While at Mercer, Keith was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, the Business, Bankruptcy, and Commercial Law Society, and the International Law Society.

Keith is member of the Defense Research Institute, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Alabama Bar Association, and the Mobile Bar Association.

I am a Deacon in my church and I am involved with service through the church.

Listening and studying music, playing the guitar, music composition, golf, basketball, and softball
