About Michael
Michael is an associate in the Orlando Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy practice group. He has represented creditors through all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including motions for relief from stay, administrative claims, objections to plans and disclosure statements, motions to dismiss for bad faith, motions to value, discovery disputes, and objections to assumption or assignment of executory contracts. He has also represented banks and other businesses through all phases of complex commercial litigation.
Michael received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was Galleys Editor of the Florida Law Review and Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from the University of Florida in Classical Studies. Michael is a member of the Florida Bar.
