About Michele
Michele’s expertise is in representing financial institutions in legal matters including ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, negotiating and reviewing contracts, auditing loan files, and managing litigation.
Michele is member of the Alabama Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
Michele received her J.D. in 1995 from the Birmingham School of Law, where she was a member of Sigma Delta Kappa Legal Fraternity. In 1988, she graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in English.
What was your first job?
My first job was working as a waitress for Morrison’s Cafeteria at Century Plaza when I was 16 years old.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy going to the movies, playing with my nephews and watching Auburn football. I also love to travel. Italy is my favorite country.
