About Peter
Peter is Counsel in the firm’s Central Florida office. Peter is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction attorney and was listed in 2010 and 2011 in Florida Super Lawyers in the field of construction. Peter is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Peter’s practice involves complex commercial litigation with issues ranging from construction related matters to business and banking disputes, first party insurance matters, environmental, health care, employment and real estate issues. Peter is also counsel to developers, general contractors and an array of sub-contractors. Peter’s courtroom experience involves multi-week jury trials in state and federal courts, appeals and arbitrations in matters as diverse as construction disputes, derivative shareholder class action lawsuits, eminent domain, employment litigation, and federal tax disputes.
A Martindale Hubbell AV-rated attorney, Peter has lectured at numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars sponsored by the Florida Bar for the benefit of lawyers and the general business public. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida, New York and Illinois, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Florida, the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Peter has also appeared pro hac vice in the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.
In addition to his private practice, Peter volunteers as a pro bono guardian ad litem and teaches math to eighth graders through Junior Achievement.

Helping clients work through complex issues ensures that each day is its own adventure.
What was your first job?
When I was 14 a few friends and I started a business repairing driveways, decks, and painting.
What are your hobbies?
My family and I love the outdoors and love to ski.
How do you define a good day?
When you can go to sleep knowing that your family and your clients are happy, you’ve had a good day.
