About Bob
Robert was selected for inclusion in The International Who’s Who of Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers 2007. Listed in the The Best Lawyers in America in the Bankruptcy Law category, Bob was selected as a Charter Member of the American College of Bankruptcy in 1990. He is a Director of the American College of Bankruptcy and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Bob served as Adjunct Professor of Law at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
Bob received his B.A. in 1961 from Memphis State University and his LL.B. in 1965 from Vanderbilt University. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1965.
