About Samuel

Sam practices in the firm’s General Commercial Litigation group where he specializes in litigation regarding real property and title disputes, construction project disputes, creditors’ rights and appellate matters.

Sam has over 20 years of experience litigating in both the federal and state court systems in Florida. Sam has successfully prosecuted lawsuits in Florida’s circuit courts across the entire state, from the panhandle to south Florida. Sam has also litigated matters in those federal district courts located in Florida. Additionally, Sam has argued many appeals before Florida’s district courts of appeal, including the following reported opinions:

Any day in court is a good day and achieving a victory for my client is an excellent day.

How do you spend your weekend?

My typical weekend is spent with my family and attacking my chore list.
