About Taylor
Taylor is a member of the firm’s general commercial litigation practice group. She received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. In addition she was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board, Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Taylor worked as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Sonja F. Bivins, United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
What is your favorite thing about the law?
Lots of questions and very elusive answers.
What community projects are you involved in?
Mobile Opera Chorus, Mobile SPCA
What was your first job?
I got paid to work at a musical theater camp and perform in musicals such as Grease and Footloose.
What are your hobbies?
Singing, running, and traveling
What advice would you give to a young student in law school?
Work hard. It’s tempting to take study shortcuts, but they rarely pay off in the end.
How do you spend your weekend?
Watching football, spending time outdoors, and traveling to visit friends and family when I can
