This website has been established by Terry Soifer, not individually but as Creditor Agent of the Cladek Creditors Trust (the "Creditor Agent"), for the bankruptcy case of Lydia Cladek, Inc., pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, before the Honorable Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge Paul M. Glenn, to provide information and updates for investors, claimants, and other parties who may have an interest in the proceedings. On February 16, 2011, the Court entered the Order Confirming the Amended Plan of Reorganization submitted by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Amended Plan"). The Amended Plan established the creation of the Cladek Creditors Trust (the "Trust"), of which Terry Soifer was appointed as the Creditor Agent for the Trust. The Creditor Agent's duties as the Creditor Agent includes the marshalling of assets of the Debtor to maximize recovery and preserve the estate for the benefit of creditors.
