Burr & Forman Welcomes New Associate Adrienne Phillips to Orlando Office

Burr & Forman is pleased to welcome Adrienne Phillip as an associate in the firm's Orlando office. Adrienne is a member of the firm's Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups.

"We are delighted to welcome Adrienne to our team," said Ty Roofner, managing partner of Burr & Forman's Orlando office. "Adrienne's experience in corporate and intellectual property law will be a valuable asset to our clients as we continue to grow and serve our ever-expanding business clientele."

Adrienne has experience drafting and reviewing contracts, operating agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.

In addition, Adrienne has conducted due diligence, drafted disclosure schedules, completed entity formations, and filed trademark and copyright applications. She also has experience drafting various types of intellectual property agreements.

Adrienne received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Towson University, her Paralegal Certificate from Duke University, and her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

Adrienne is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington, D.C.
