Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Associate Ryan Dardard has joined the firm's Mobile office as a member of the Lending practice group.

"We are particularly excited about adding Ryan to our Mobile team as we continue to see significant growth opportunities for our clients in and around Mobile and across Florida," said Jay Price, leader of the firm's Lending practice group.

Ryan represents lenders (commercial banks, life insurance companies, and national CMBS lenders) in commercial real estate financing for various types of properties and assists in seller-financed asset and entity sales.

In addition, he helps clients navigate the documentation and negotiations related to mergers and acquisitions. Ryan’s corporate practice includes the formation of legal entities and the preparation of agreements for partners in a variety of business ventures.

Ryan obtained his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph Seminary College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
