Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the addition of associate Hayden Gunter to the firm's Corporate and Tax practice group.

"We're excited to welcome Hayden to the firm as we continue to expand and strengthen our Corporate and Tax practice here in Birmingham and across our region," said practice group leader Gene Price.

Hayden's corporate practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financing transactions, the formation and structuring of private investment funds, and other general corporate matters. Hayden also maintains an active transactional tax practice focused on advising clients on the tax aspects of complex business transactions.

Hayden received a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

He is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Illinois.
