Overview

Charla Brown Mcklevey is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Charla has experience drafting and reviewing legal briefs, letters of representation, subrogation lien notices, record requests, demand letters, mortgage, notes, deeds, bill of sales, assignment agreements, contract amendments, special assessment letter, UCC forms, closing checklist, critical dates calendar, title affidavits and memoranda. Charla also has knowledge to prepare closing documents for Multi-Family Home and Commercial/Retail transactions. She also has experience researching various legal issues and communicating with Judges and clerks.

Charla attended the University Of Florida College Of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. Prior to that she completed Juris Doctor Coursework at the Florida Coastal School of Law. She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and was the Staff Editor for the Florida Coastal Law Review. Charla received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Florida, and her Associate of Arts in General Education from Florida State College at Jacksonville.

In her free time, Charla enjoys painting, participating in escape rooms, and spending time with dogs. She is also an avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan.
