Bryance Metheny is the Hiring Partner and Chair of the Recruiting Committee. He is a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group in the Birmingham office. Pam Cofer is the Director of Legal Recruitment & Professional Development. Pam has over 20 years of legal recruitment experience and has contributed to Burr & Forman’s growth of 50 attorneys in two offices to over 200 attorneys in seven offices throughout the Southeast.
