As a commercial transactional attorney, it is Patrick’s role to both protect and advance his client’s interest in the transaction to which they are committed. As a legal advocate for his clients, it is imperative that he structures, negotiates and documents each transaction so as to fully protect his clients and their investments. As a representative of his clients, it is equally important that he leave his clients’ clients with a favorable impression that they have been treated both fairly and professionally.

Patrick practices in the Business and Real Estate Sections of the Firm.  He practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate finance, and he has substantial experience representing real estate lenders in the multi-jurisdictional financing of commercial real estate properties.   Patrick’s practice involves the structuring, negotiation and closing of complex real estate financings, including construction, multiple property portfolios, permanent loans, refinancings and loan workouts.  He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Real Property Law Section and a member of the American Bar Association.
