As a commercial transactional attorney, it is Patrick’s role to both protect and advance his client’s interest in the transaction to which they are committed. As a legal advocate for his clients, it is imperative that he structures, negotiates, and documents each transaction to fully protect his clients and their investments. As a representative of his clients, it is equally important that he leave his clients’ clients with a favorable impression that they have been treated fairly and professionally.

Patrick practices in the Business and Real Estate Sections of the firm.  He practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate finance and commercial real estate acquisitions, and has substantial experience representing real estate lenders and property owners in the multi-jurisdictional financing and acquisition of commercial real estate properties, including office, industrial, retail, and multi-family.   Patrick’s practice involves the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex real estate financings, including construction, multiple property portfolios, permanent loans, refinancings, and loan workouts.
