Ed practices in the firm's Corporate & Tax Practice Group, and represents a variety of privately held companies for which he provides representation and advice on mergers & acquisitions and general business, corporate and contractual matters.

Ed has significant experience in the manufacturing industry, in particular automotive.  Ed regularly assists manufacturing clients with all phases of the manufacturing process including financing, supply contracts, customer contracts, joint ventures and other strategic alliances.

Ed also has significant experience in the restaurant industry including mergers & acquisitions, employment agreements, franchise agreements and minority investments.

Ed serves on the firm's Executive Committee.
