Burr’s Morey Raiskin and Bill Schifino Jr Named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite
Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that two of its partners are recognized by Florida Trend magazine on its annual list of “Legal Elite.” Morey Raiskin, a partner in Burr & Forman’s Orlando office, and William J. Schifino, Jr., managing partner of the firm’s Tampa office, have been selected to the 10th Anniversary edition of the list, which is available in the July issue of Florida Trend.
Raiskin is honored in the area of Labor & Employment law. He represents both large and small employers in litigation in state and federal courts, as well as the full range of administrative agencies involved in the workplace. In addition, Raiskin counsels clients concerning workplace issues including developing personnel policies, employee handbooks, as well as non-compete and employment agreements.
Schifino is recognized in the area of Business law. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including securities, employment, intellectual property and business tort litigation serving clients across the state of Florida and in the Southeast.
