Burr & Forman Adds Financial Services Attorney in Ft. Lauderdale

Ft Lauderdale, Fla. - Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that Lauren K. Einhorn has joined the firm as an associate in its Fort Lauderdale office. Previously with Greenspoon Marder, Einhorn brings experience and knowledge of the local market and boosts the firm's Financial Services Litigation practice group.

Einhorn's practice focuses on representing creditors and other financial institutions in matters related to contested and uncontested foreclosures. She also has experience handling matters on the origination side of the mortgage industry, including, but not limited to title review, issuing policies on behalf of title underwriters, and handling residential real estate closings.

Einhorn is active in several professional organizations throughout the state, including the Trial Lawyers, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law sections of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association and the Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County Bar Associations. Additionally, Einhorn is a part of the Bankruptcy and Labor and Employment sections of the Federal Bar Association.

Einhorn received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, and her law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
