ATLANTA, July 2, 2019 – Burr & Forman announces the addition of Kevin Stone to the firm’s Atlanta office. Stone joins as an associate in the General Commercial Litigation practice group where he represents individuals and corporations in a variety of business disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and complex commercial litigation.  He also handles claims defending local governments in civil rights matters, attorneys in professional liability matters, and private businesses in general liability matters.  In addition to jury trial experience, he has successfully litigated cases in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Stone is admitted in Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, U.S. District Court Middle District of Georgia, U.S. District Court Southern District of Georgia, and U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit.

Stone received his undergraduate degree from Belmont University, his master’s degree from the University of Florida, and his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
