Burr’s Heather Jamison Invited to Speak with the National Business Institute’s Seminar

On Wednesday, July 22nd The National Business Institute will host their Commercial Evictions in a Nutshell seminar from 12:00 – 1:00 PM Central. Attendees from the webinar will consist of attorneys, paralegals, and commercial property owners or managers from across the country. During the seminar, Heather will discuss landlord and tenant rights, the commercial eviction process with real-world instruction, and common issues that arise, such as what to do when tenants leave property behind or file for bankruptcy. Heather is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy groups. She has experience with commercial lease and creditors’ rights matters and with litigation of those matters. Heather assists creditors and debtors in workouts, reorganizations, and bankruptcy, both in and out of state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. She has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving commercial leases of all types, including retail, office, and industrial leases in many varying jurisdictions and courts.
