Ginger Busby Selected to Serve on the American Bar Association’s Board of Governors

Birmingham, AL – August 23, 2021 – Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Ginger Busby has been selected to serve on the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association (ABA).

Ginger Busby, a partner at the firm’s Birmingham office, is a litigator with over 30 years of experience. She represents manufacturing and insurance clients in evaluating risk, developing strategy, and in litigation and regulatory matters. She handles various types of product liability and commercial and construction disputes. Ginger also has extensive legal industry involvement and leadership experience. She served as the Alabama state Delegate in the ABA House of Delegates, Chair of the ABA Section Officers Conference and is a past Chair of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS). Ginger also served for several years as the head of the Litigation section for the Alabama State Bar as well as serving in numerous other leadership roles for organizations over the years.

I am honored to serve on the ABA Board of Governors, which will provide the opportunity to help facilitate the voice of the profession.
