Anthony practices in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group, representing clients on corporate and regulatory health care matters.
His area of focus involves corporate and regulatory health care matters, including Stark and Anti-kickback and False Claims Act compliance, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, physician practice formation, and contract negotiations. Anthony represents a variety of health care clients including: hospitals, surgery centers, clinical labs, physician practices, nursing homes, large academic medical centers, imaging centers, and other health care providers.
He has practiced law at Burr & Forman since 2009 and he received his J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he was a member of the Dean’s List and a Presidential Scholarship recipient. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate and a Minor in Economics from the University of Alabama.
