Bailey is a General Commercial Litigation associate in the Atlanta office.
Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Bailey served as a law clerk at the Norfolk Circuit Court in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Virginia for Judge Junius P. Fulton, III and Judge Everett A. Martin, Jr.. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Henry E. Hudson at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Virginia Attorney General’s Office. She also worked as a summer law clerk for the Senate Judiciary Committee in Chairman Grassley’s Office where she assisted with various committee hearings, executive nominations, and judicial nominations, including nominations to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Bailey received her Juris Doctorate from William & Mary School of Law where she wrote for the Environmental Law and Policy Review and served as a Student Admissions Ambassador. Prior to law school, she received a Fulbright Scholarship to Russia. She received her B.A. in International Studies and Russian from Baylor University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
