Commercial / Corporate Litigation Appellate

Brenton is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.

Brenton earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He graduated at the top of his class and was the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Law Student for the Eleventh Circuit. In addition, he served as the Editor in Chief of the Cumberland Law Review. Brenton graduated from Auburn University in 2016, receiving his bachelor’s degree in economics and history.

Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Brenton was a clerk for both the Honorable Edward E. Carnes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Honorable Madeline H. Haikala of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
