Chad is an Associate in the Tampa office where he practices in the firm's Financial Services group.
Chad’s practice focuses primarily on assisting corporate clients and financial institutions with compliance and litigation.
Chad earned his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School where he was involved with a number of student organizations, including the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. He served as the Executive Legislative Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation for its 43rd volume, where his article titled “The Clean Water Rule: What It Is and Why It Needs to Go” was selected for publication. While at Notre Dame Law School, Chad received the Dean’s Award in Professional Responsibility for the highest individual grade in that class. As a law student, he also worked in Washington D.C. for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs.
Prior to law school, Chad attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, and with minors in history and public leadership. While at the University of Florida, Chad was inducted into the Order of Omega honors society. He also studied abroad through the school’s program in Prague, Czech Republic with Anglo-American University.
