Labor & Employment

Diamond is a Staff Attorney in the Nashville office where she practices in the firm's Labor & Employment group.

Diamond’s background includes in-house legal department experience for small businesses to large corporations including a professional sports team, a large title lending company, and a large, company-owned, convenience store group that provided her exposure in employment, compliance, insurance, trademark, property, contract, and copyright matters.

Diamond received her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law where she was the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Belmont Entertainment & Music Law Journal. Her note, “Why the Emergence of Rap Music in Today’s Society Requires the Supreme Court to Reconsider Whether a Statement Amounts to a ‘True Threat,’ Not Protected by the First Amendment,” was selected for publication in the Journal.

Prior to attending law school, Diamond earned her undergraduate degree from Sewanee: The University of the South where she was head captain of the volleyball team and the recipient of multiple All-Conference, Most Valuable Player, and Academic Honor Roll awards.
