Overview

Gennifer Bridges, a partner in the firm’s Orlando office, litigates matters involving commercial and consumer finance, complex business disputes, insurance bad faith defense, and real estate at the trial and appellate levels, in state and federal courts. She regularly represents banks, loan servicers, and other creditors by prosecuting highly contested foreclosures, breach of contract actions, and replevins.

Gennifer is also experienced in litigating commercial landlord-tenant disputes, construction lien claims, construction defect insurance coverage disputes, and enforcing non-compete agreements. She has also represented her clients in commercial contractual negotiations and preparation and has handled large-scale contractual and real estate litigation disputes.

Gennifer is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida, as well as before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She is also a Florida Bar Board Certified Appellate Specialist, a distinction that reflects her depth of experience in appellate matters.
