Overview

Hollie is an Associate in the firm’s Lending practice group.

Hollie works with both lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions. She has experience in matters involving acquisition and development financing, leveraged recapitalizations, asset-based loans, and other senior and subordinated commercial credit facilities.

Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Hollie obtained her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law where she graduated in the top 15% of her class. While in school, she was the President of the Student Bar Association; a Pro Bono Volunteer for VITA Tax Services; and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Transactional Lawyering Lab, Trial Practice and PILL: Education Advocacy, and Land Use Law and Contract Drafting.
