Travis serves as Counsel in the firm's Corporate & Tax and Health Care practice groups. Godwin counsels physicians, nurses, pharmacies, durable medical equipment companies, software companies, bio-medical research and manufacturing companies and hospitals in all aspects of health care law.

Travis works with clients on compliance with federal and state regulations, licensing, employment issues, trademark infringement, fraud and abuse, medical staff peer review, reimbursement disputes, civil defense and business transactions. He also advises institutional review boards regarding the oversight of studies involving human subjects.

Additionally, Travis represents individuals and entities with corporate and commercial litigation matters. He assists clients in compliance with federal and state regulations, licensure and in negotiating business relationships with other providers and vendors. Travis advocates for various clients and land owners regarding property tax, property tax appeals, homestead exemptions, and agricultural classifications and zoning appeals.
