Overview
Josh is a member of the firm's Construction and Project Development practice group where he focuses his practice on construction and corporate development.
Josh has extensive litigation experience, including litigation involving design defects, delay claims, differing site conditions, homeowner claims, bid protests, and professional malpractice. In addition to litigation, Josh negotiates contracts on behalf of design professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies, among others.
