Corporate Tax Law Real Estate Trusts & Estates Planning

Lindsay is an associate in the Hilton Head Island office where she practices in the firm's Corporate and Tax group. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and corporate transactional matters.

Lindsay assists individuals and business owners with wealth transfer planning, probate matters and business planning by discussing client goals, assessing assets and drafting various strategic planning documents. Lindsay’s experience also includes advising corporate clients with business formation, expansion, and reduction as well as contract review and real estate matters. Lindsay graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she served as Editor in Chief of the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. While at the University of South Carolina, Lindsay was a member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court, and a recipient of the CALI award and Senator Burnet R. Maybank scholarship.
