Health Care Litigation

Lindsey is an attorney in the Birmingham office where she practices in the firm's Health Care Litigation Practice Group.

Lindsey concurrently earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Samford University. While studying at Cumberland School of Law, Lindsey was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy where she served as Research and Writing Editor. She also served as an Admissions Ambassador and member of the Career Development Advisory Board. During her time at Cumberland, Lindsey also served as a Judge Abram Curuthers Fellow and was a member of the Judge James Edwin Horton Inn of Court.

Lindsey earned her undergraduate degree from Mercer University where she majored in Law and Public Policy and minored in both Biology and English. During her time at Mercer, Lindsey was an active member of the Pre-Law Society and was the recipient of The Most Outstanding Law and Public Policy Senior. Lindsey was also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated where she served as the chaplain and secretary.

Outside of law, Lindsey enjoys reading, watching movies, watching sports, and spending time with her friends and family.
