Lou Fiorilla is a civil litigator practicing in the firm's Financial Services and Commercial Litigation Groups. He represents large and small businesses in complex litigation in trial and appellate courts.
Lou has broad experience representing lenders, mortgage servicers, and debt buyers in consumer statute, mortgage servicing, account servicing, and fraud lawsuits. He also represents businesses and individuals in contract and fiduciary duty disputes, and both landlords and tenants in commercial lease disputes and eviction lawsuits.
Lou is admitted to the Georgia and Pennsylvania bars, and worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge George A. Pagano in the Delaware County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. He received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
Additionally, Lou also serves on the firm’s student hiring committee.
