Overview
Madeleine Maury is an associate in the firm’s Lending Practice Group where she works with both local and national lenders in commercial real estate transactions. She also assists borrowers, sellers, buyers, developers, tenants, and landlords in all aspects of a real estate transaction. Madeleine Maury’s practice expands to include legal entity formation, estate and trust administration, and corporate contract matters.
Madeleine Maury received her Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee School of Law. As a law student, Madeleine Maury clerked for the U.S Court of Federal Claims in Washington D.C. Prior to law school, Madeleine Maury spent two years working at a law firm in Washington D.C. as a conflicts analyst. While there, she worked on a special projects team that coordinated conflicts checks on incoming work for the firm’s U.S. and international offices. Madeleine Maury graduated from the University of Virginia in 2014 where she majored in political theory.
