Zack focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, white-collar criminal defense, government investigations, appeals, and sports and entertainment law.
Overview
In his white-collar criminal defense practice, Zack represents clients at all phases of the criminal process—from pre-indictment investigations to appeals—in both state and federal court. He has successfully represented clients facing FDA and fraud charges, with many of these representations resulting in dismissals or substantially reduced charges.
Zack’s practice also includes representing individuals and businesses in contract disputes. He is also a trusted advisor to businesses in highly regulated industries, including the hemp industry.
Zack also has a passion for sports and entertainment law. He represents individuals in professional and collegiate athletics in a variety of matters, including NCAA compliance issues and NIL deals. And he represents entertainers in various industries with transactional matters, including recording contracts and film and television deals.
