A panel discussion with Cyber experts David Forrestall CISSP CISA of SecurIT360, Elizabeth Bosquet Shirley of Burr & Forman LLP, and Greg Garijanian who is VP Regional Underwriting Manager at AXIS Capital, covered cyber threats faced by law firms and their clients in the United States. Included technical, legal, and cyber insurance points of view and expertise. The panel brought first-hand experience of responding to many incidents. Attendees learned strategies for managing cyber risk, preventing, responding, and recovering from cyber events. Moderating the program was BBA CLE Committee representative Clay Williams of The Martin Law Group LLC.
