Burr & Forman LLP Birmingham-based Partner, Bryan O. Balogh, will co-chair and speak at the 2014 Class Action and Business Litigation seminar sponsored by the Cumberland School of Law. The CLE seminar will held on December 17, 2014 from 8:00 a.m.-3:45 p.m. at the Moot Court Room/Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. Bryan will be speaking on the topic of "Class Actions: A Defense Perspective."
