Bill Penny and Tucker Herndon Named to the Nashville Post’s InCharge List for 2019

Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that Nashville-based Partners, William L. Penny and Tucker Herndon, were recently named to the Nashville Post’s InCharge list for 2019.  The 10th annual InCharge reception was held March 6th at the Tennessee State Museum to celebrate the accomplishments of those being honored. All of those honored will be listed in the Spring 2019 Leader issue of the Nashville Post, along with their areas of expertise.

At Burr, Tucker serves as the Nashville Office Managing Partner and is a Partner in the firm's Lending Practice Group with a focus on commercial lending and creditors' rights, representing financial institutions and borrowers in loan documentation, foreclosures, and loan and real estate transactions. Tucker’s experience in loan transactions includes all forms of collateral and all aspects of the litigation process, including collections. His commercial and real estate lending practice includes representation of lenders and borrowers in negotiating, structuring and documenting construction and permanent financing of restaurants, shopping centers and office building projects.

Bill Penny has a wide range of experience in environmental law at the state and federal levels, including natural resource law, mining, remediation, negotiation with regulatory agencies in environmental matters, superfund litigation, RCRA matters, brownfield redevelopment
