Burr Client Recognized Among Workforce's 2016 Game Changers
Mobile, Ala., July 25, 2016 - Burr & Forman announces that Brooke Dolbare, a compensation analyst with AM/NS Calvert LLC has been honored as one of 2016's Top 25 Game Changers by Workforce Magazine. This award recognizes emerging leaders in human resources who are making a difference in the workforce management sector. Dolbare will be profiled in the August 2016 issue of Workforce Magazine.
At AM/NS Calvert, Dolbare analyzes, implements and improves company compensation practices as a compensation analyst. She manages the day-to-day compensation programs, collaborates with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll to ensure accurate processing of merit increase and incentive program payments, and manages the activities of the visa and immigration needs of expatriates and employees. Dolbare recently assisted AM/NS Calvert in creating a new compensation system that would help the company retain top engineers and other professionals in order to stay competitive in the market. As a result of these efforts, the organization recently rolled out a modern compensation structure that ensures it will offer its 600-plus salaried employees competitive salaries based on performance metrics.
