At Burr & Forman, Ehrenfeld will assist clients on domestic and international taxation matters, as well as corporate and business transactions. His experience includes advising clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financings, as well as foreign direct investment and U.S. investment overseas. He also advises clients on global personnel and employment issues, including taxation of U.S. expatriates and foreign employees in the U.S.

Ehrenfeld is a member of the Delaware, New Mexico, New York and Tennessee State Bars. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.

Ehrenfeld received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School, and his L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.

Previously, Ehrenfeld practiced in the New York and London offices of Sherman and Sterling LLP and the Nashville office of Frost Brown Todd, LLC.
