Nashville, Tenn., Oct. 25, 2016 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Nashville-based associate Jonathan D. Tebbs to the firm's Financial Services Litigation practice. His arrival is part of Burr & Forman's continued expansion in Nashville, where it has tripled its attorney count over the last 18 months, most recently adding Counsel John F. Rogers and associate Payton Bradford.

Tebbs counsels financial institutions and other industry clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including mortgage foreclosures, individual and class actions, regulatory compliance and loan modifications. Additionally, Tebbs focuses on federal and state statutes affecting the industry such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

During law school, Tebbs served as the executive editor of the Alabama Law Reviewand was a member of the Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society.

Tebbs earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from the University of Alabama.
