Burr & Forman Expansion in Nashville Continues with Three Additional Attorneys
Nashville, TN - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of three attorneys to its Nashville office, continuing the firm's strategic plan for rapid expansion in Tennessee to match the region's economic growth. Joining as partners are Jerry W. Taylor and Gregory T. Young, and associate J. Matthew Kroplin. With these additions, Burr & Forman now has added 13 attorneys in January to its Nashville office, more than doubling the location's size to 23 attorneys. The firm now has 45 lawyers licensed to practice in Tennessee across nine offices in five states.
"All three of these attorneys share Burr & Forman's cooperative approach to client service, and are experienced in advising businesses in the area's fastest-growing industries, especially on matters related to health care, environmental law/natural resources and commercial litigation," said Thomas K. Potter, III, managing partner of Burr & Forman's Nashville office. "Thanks to Middle Tennessee's vibrant economy, businesses demand high-quality, efficient legal counsel now more than ever. Our expansion better positions Burr & Forman's legal team to meet the most pressing challenges across the Southeast's busiest industry sectors."
These new Burr & Forman attorneys, along with the additions announced earlier this month, previously were with the Nashville office of Stites & Harbison PLLC.
"Following the excitement of our other partners joining Burr & Forman, we were enthusiastic about this great opportunity to contribute to the emergent growth in the firm's Nashville office," said Taylor, who joins the firm's Health Care industry group. "This transition allows us to refresh our focus and extend our services in key industries to the quickly rising markets throughout Burr & Forman's Southeastern footprint."
The entire roster of Burr & Forman's new Nashville attorneys includes partners Kenneth M. Bryant, Matthew J. DeVries, Robert C. Goodrich, Jr., Garry K. Grooms, Madison L. Martin, Brian C. Neal, William L. Penny, Stephen H. Price, M. Clark Spoden, Jerry W. Taylor and Gregory T. Young, as well as associates J. Matthew Kroplin and J. Patrick Warfield.
