Burr & Forman Welcomes Back Greg Harley as Counsel

Burr & Forman is pleased to welcome back Greg Harley as counsel in the firm's General Commercial Litigation group in Atlanta. A longtime member of the firm, Greg previously spent more than 25 years at Burr and played a key role in establishing the firm's Atlanta office.

"Greg's return is especially meaningful given his long history with the firm and his contributions to building our presence in Atlanta," said Graham Stieglitz, Managing Partner of the firm's Atlanta office. "His combination of litigation experience and in-house perspective brings tremendous value to our clients and our team."

Greg returns to the firm following in-house leadership roles, most recently serving as General Counsel at InVeris Training Solutions, where he oversaw the company's legal operations and advised senior management on a broad range of business matters. Prior to InVeris, Greg served as General Counsel for Jacksonville State University.

Greg litigates a wide range of business disputes, emphasizing efficiency, communication, and results. His practice focuses on business litigation, class action defense, employment matters, and regulatory and enforcement issues. Over the course of his career, he has represented clients across the country, including national banking institutions, insurers, telecommunications companies, and large residential contractors.

In addition to his practice experience, Greg has served as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law and has taught business law at the undergraduate level. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University.
