Burr & Forman's Angie Cameron Selected to B-Metro's 2015 "Top Women Attorneys" List

Birmingham, Ala., August 4, 2015 - Burr & Forman LLP announces that Birmingham-based Partner, Angie C. Cameron, was selected to the "Top Women Attorneys" 2015 list by B-Metro Magazine.

In the article, titled "Women and the Law: List of Top Women Attorneys," B-Metro summarizes the history, mission, goals and accomplishments of the Women Lawyer's Section of the Birmingham Bar Association. Additionally, it outlines the credentials used to create the list of "Top Women Attorneys," along with the list of those selected. This feature is published in the Friday, July 31st magazine.

At Burr, Cameron practices in the Health Care industry group where she defends health care providers against medical malpractice claims and false claims litigation. She also assists health care providers with navigating federal and state laws directly impacting the health care industry, including but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"), the state of Alabama's certificate of need laws, and Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Cameron received both her undergraduate and law degrees from The University of Alabama.
